When you complete our personalization wizard, we ask about your health goals, lifestyle, protein preferences, taste preferences, and dietary restrictions. We then create a personalized box recommendation with 10 carefully selected snacks and supplements that match your preferences. After that, we keep your profile on file and every future box is built on the same goals and restrictions, but the exact snacks change each time so you always discover new favorites.
Each personalized box contains 10 carefully curated items, including high-protein bars, biscuits, shakes, raw bars, healthy chips and crackers, vitamin and electrolyte shots, energy gels, and functional supplements in sachets. The exact mix changes from box to box based on your preferences and dietary restrictions, so you get variety without losing what you love.
A one-time box costs €24.99. Subscription prices vary by frequency: • Monthly subscription: 15% off (€21.24) • Bi-weekly subscription: 20% off (€19.99) • Weekly subscription: 25% off (€18.74) All prices are displayed in EUR with BGN equivalent as required by Bulgarian regulations. Prices include VAT.
You can choose from three subscription frequencies: • Weekly: A fresh box every week • Bi-weekly: A new box every two weeks • Monthly: A new box every month You can also purchase a one-time box to try before subscribing. The first delivery is typically scheduled within 3-5 business days after order confirmation.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify account or by contacting us at contact@nutreal.bg. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, meaning you'll receive all boxes you've already paid for. There are no cancellation fees.
Yes, you can change your subscription frequency or pause your subscription by contacting us at contact@nutreal.bg. Changes typically take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
During the personalization process, you can specify any dietary restrictions (gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, sugar-free/low sugar). We carefully select products to match your stated restrictions. However, we cannot guarantee that items are completely free from specific allergens. We recommend checking all product labels upon receipt, especially if you have severe allergies.
We currently deliver personalized snack boxes to addresses within Bulgaria. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. The first delivery is typically scheduled within 3-5 business days after order confirmation, unless you specify a different date.
We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment processing is handled securely by Shopify, and we do not store your card details. All payments must be made in advance through our secure payment processor.
Due to the perishable nature of food products, the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened items under EU consumer protection law. However, if you receive damaged, incorrect, or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, credit, or refund.
Your box is personalized based on the preferences you provide during the personalization wizard. If you'd like to update your preferences or try different products, you can contact us to adjust your box. We may also rotate products based on availability and seasonality while maintaining the overall value and quality.
You can update your delivery address by contacting us at contact@nutreal.bg or through your Shopify account. Please notify us at least 3 business days before your next scheduled delivery to ensure the address change is processed in time.
Yes. The Nutreal Wellness Box (and any other wellness boxes we offer) is covered by the same Terms and Conditions and overall service rules as our personalized snack boxes, unless we explicitly say otherwise on the product page. Pricing, delivery, right of withdrawal for food products, and refund rules follow the same principles described in our Terms. When a wellness box contains non-food cosmetic or self-care items, those products are still supplied under the same contract with you and are subject to the applicable consumer protection rules for their category.
